Guido Ophelders

Hi, I am Dutch and live in Spain for over 25 years. For the the first 20 years I persued a career as economist in Barcelona and now I am living my dream in the Pyrenees, in the little village of Greixer at 1.350 m. with stunning views over La Cerdanya, one of the largest and sunnies valleys in Europe, just 150km. from Barcelona and the place where the locals go to spend their holidays.

I started cycling in the hills near Maastricht, scene of the classic Amstel Gold Race.

My mission is to let bike enthusiast discover and enjoy the Pyrenees on the bike by sharing the passion for cycling, nature, good food & wine.
